The industry has a transparency problem

It's common for fans to be misled into paying more than what they first see — clicking through page after page, thinking they've locked in a price, only to be charged up to 50% more at checkout. Recent legislation like the TICKET Act has started to push the industry toward all-in pricing, but enforcement is uneven and the experience still varies wildly from site to site.
